FOR HARD SURFACE / FLOOR CLEANING

1.  Always wear recommended PPE when handling the product, for floor cleaning place warning signs for safety and sweep area to remove heavy or loose soil
2. Prepare cleaning solution, depending on application and soil level; General Surfaces & Soaking: up to 2.5g per 1L and for Floors: up to 5-10g per 1L
3. Apply solution to surface, wipe and clean surfaces, for floors using a mop apply solution to floor, mop using figure of 8 motion
4. Rinse surfaces with fresh water, allow surface to air dry
   

FOR FRYER CLEANING

1. Veuillez toujours porter l'EPI recommandé pour manipuler le produit.
2. Remove heavy or loose soil, apply powder to soiled areas, up to 20g per 1L, and add water according to dilution guidelines
3. Heat the fryer (do not bring to the boil)
4. Leave in contact for 20 minutes
5. Drain water and scrub off dirt
6. Rinse with clean water and leave to air fry
